After the Lattice State Channel and the ETH cross-chain bridge is live we will have an optional swap from ERC20 $LTX to L0 $LTX.

All Lattice products will be moved to the Hypergraph because of the network fees (e.g. staking and swapping on cost up to 300$ on ETH vs 0 to 1$ on the Hypergraph.

This means Users who want to use Lattice products like governance voting, yield farming or launchpad staking will need to swap to L0 $LTX.

If they don't want to use any product they can just hodl their ERC20 $LTX.

To participate in the Lattice LaunchPad you will need to stake your $LTX tokens!

We will provide staking pools where you can stake your $LTX for an allocation in the project funding!

It's going to be a very simple process:

1. Choose project

2. Stake $LTX

3. Get your $LTX back

4. Fund project in their early phase

5. Get project tokens

Let's make an example here:

Assume the launchpad project wants to collect 100 ETH.

We could provide 3 different staking pools which are getting 33,3 ETH allocated per pool.

Pools could look like this:

Pool A: Max staking amount per user = 2500 $LTX

Pool B: Max staking amount per user = 10000 $LTX

Pool C: Max staking amount per user = No Limit

The allocation would then be proportional to your percentage of the staking pool.

Let's say you stake only into Pool A and own 10% of it —> it would mean you can fund the project with 3.3 ETH.

1) Launchpad projects will require it due to regulatory compliance issues within their own jurisdiction. Yep it’s possible. The larger $LTX staking reward pools become, it may be necessary to adjust APY or other mechanisms, to avoid inflation. We could, through a governance proposal and vote, add an extra provision percentage on top of the fee sharing so people who actively stake--get more of the platform fees while the $LTX supply will not change.

Yes you can still participate - just need to whitelist your address, add a minimum of 1 ETH and the equivalent amount of $LTX to the Uniswap LTX pool and do not remove the liquidity for 30 days.

Estimation because the numbers change with the liquidity pool (LP) size:

If the price doesnt go up more than ~75% then you will still have more ETH and $LTX after 30 days (and additionally earn on fee's).

In case it goes 100% up then you will end up having like ~1% less $LTX but still be net profitable (more eth).

Calculation:
Using a 50/50 IL (impermanent loss) model - let’s say you add liquidity at 0.75$ and prices increase to 1.50$ (100% price increase) the IL you would suffer would be around 6%.

1% (10,6 ETH = 24134 $LTX) of the pool earns 1000 $LTX atm which are 750$ at 0.75, or 1500$ at 1,50$.

6% IL would result in a reduction of 1320 $LTX.
