From a cursory review, Adshare developed a blockchain dPOS in 2017, that appears to be more centralized than what Alkimi Exchange running on Constellation HyperGraph Transfer Protocol will have available. If you recall, HGTP, is a Proof of Reputable Observation. To me this means AlkimiExchange will be able to transact much faster, less bottlenecking if any, no opportunity to have a hostile takeover by node ops (unlike Adshare nodes) and in general a better overall product offering to publishers.

We’ll be launching with an ERC-20 token in June. This will allow us to build end points and ensure interoperability of Alkimi Exchange with existing technical infrastructure. All holders of $ADS tokens are rewarded for staking their tokens. Publishers and advertisers that hold $ADS tokens can use tokens to gain discounts for accessing the network and any fees they might incur. If they choose to, they could even loan out their $ADS tokens if their demand drops, allowing all users of the Alkimi exchange to generate rewards even during times of lower demand.

For Publisher, Users and Advertisers this will really feel no different as we are interoperable with all incumbent technology and they'll sell ads in much the same way albeit more efficiently. We are able to be interoperable because of the Open RTB 2.5 standard which governs the way all market participants sell their ads.

In the Allkimi exchange all participants are treated fairly, but we bring a 4th member to the mix. That’s the ADS token holders, they help us with the infrastructure part of the network. Through staking their ADS tokens to our Bandwidth and Access pools. This allows the Publishers and advertisers to access the Alkimi Exchange and rent enough bandwidth to serve and sell ads.

Thanks for highlighting that. It's in the tokenomics, but only a passing reference. We are planning to change the teirs as we get more demand on the exchange. The ones in the tokenomics are the launch tiers when we go live. We will peg the tiers to a dollar value if the value of $ADS tokens increases.

Publishers spend a lot of time and resources minimizing the amount of ads served. All ads are delivered via third party scripts which have a significant impact on page load and ultimately user experience which can drive users away from a publishers site. If publishers could make more money from less ads, they would and Alkimi Exchange will be able to offer a streamlined pathway for publishers with less upfront costs.
