How will Constellation verify the DTM is truly installed at the location it says it is placed?

For that initial bounty, the goal is to get people to get it set up, running, learn how the installation works for their own benefit, for Constellation to collect data - all of which will be on the honour system.
As Constellation do a more advanced bounty and improve the companion app, they will have a whole set of features to make sure deployments are what they think they are.
Everything from knowing the GPS coordinates, where it's installed, to getting pictures from the Datapreneur of the installation, setting up the address in the app - there will be a host 'cheques and balances' including the reputation of the Datapreneur themselves.
