Is there any bounties for exceeding a certain number of people that pass through the DTM? (HH45)

• Constellation doesn't expect there to bounties for volume of people, as they have found that just having foot traffic data is valuable.
• Even a store having zero foot traffic data is valuable data.
• The location is what's valuable, while the volume is not something that is foreseen to have a bounty raised for.
