A Datapreneur is a DTM owner that chooses to find locations that have a 'bounty' on them.
A 'bounty' is a request by a third party, for example, a hedge fund that has required data on coffee shops.
That request is sent to Constellation via one of Constellations partners eg. Snowflake.
This bounty is paid at a premium, so the Datapreneur that manages to place a DTM/'s in a coffee shop location and acquire the data will receive extra DAG rewards.
