This is a popular topic!  As of this writing (7/17/2021) we don't have any details about LIGHT NODES (release) on the HGTP.  The speculation is that they could be run from a phone and speculation that it would require a lower collateral of Constellation $DAG to do so.  You will want to stay up to date via Twitter and or Telegram channels for these notifications.
