Can you please elaborate on the differences in purpose, function, and role that the "Babel" language has versus "StackF" that has been mentioned in previous HypergraphHour sessions? Also, are they both based on Scala (JVM)? Is there any other use case specific languages within the ecosystem?

1. Are they both considered domain specific languages?

2. What kind of computations can be conducted by nodes at the behest of state channels? Can the network be used as a generic distributed computing platform or is that not in scope?
