How do state channels communicate/coordinate transactions between eachother over L_0? For example, let's say three state channels want to programmatically execute conditional actions between eachother involving input and output of data from both on chain and off chain sources. Is there a specific scripting language to coordinate this? Is this considered a P2P feeless function or are these types of complex transactions require a separate independent state channel to exist to fund their computation?

Basically I'm trying to understand what facilitates interoperations between state channels in Constellation as opposed to an L1 network that would use traditional smart contracts..also want to understand the tx fee or cost associated with it.

Seth!  I feel like I am back in college again sir.  I believe we are talking about the employment of the Hyperedges here as well as some solutions existing with say Quant or Chainlink (not positive and these are guesses) unique (hyper edges) only to Constellation DAG architecture, and described by Wyatt in some Hypergraph Hours recently.  Please refer to Wyatt's talk on HyperGraph hour #23 on YouTube.
