Hello and thank you for stopping by to ask a great question!  This is a great topic that is already underway inside the Hypercube intake portal where they offer those new startups access to landing funding to start their state channel, among other resources.  As we walk down the road, not sure of a timeline here, it is always possible to community decides that the 250K DAG collateral for a state channel is too lofty, then perhaps it could be altered?  I believe we will have to await the initial HGTP launch before this topic will be explored significantly.
